- Finish C25K - WIN (I finished and have kept up with running 3-4 times per week)
For June (5/31 - 6/27), here are my goals:
- Lose 5 pounds (I'm determined to meet this goal)
- Journal every single day (my food journal is visible to anyone at this address: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/rlnjones)
- Run at least 3 times per week and increase time to 35 minutes (up from 32)
